No I've not stayed there but I know a few did recently as overflow for Volksworld at Epsom.

There's a C&CC site in Leatherhead as well that I just found by googling.

Is there a particular reason for the Kingston area? If you're coming down from York and you don't want to slog all the way around to Surrey you could check out Lea Valley instead?

We've used Apps Court several times at 80-90 meets. It lovely and quiet. Only had access to toilet, but was fine with us. Their website map location is not accurate. They are on northwest side of A3050 where the A3050 marker is on map between road and river.

Google Earth shows it better. If you look at closeup, you will see 3 round earth mounds and one silver one (fuel tanks for Heathrow) on canel bank just west of canal locks. Just east of tanks and south of locks are two soccer pitches setup with a white marquee tent. This is where we camp. When we've been here, the soccer pitches have never been used and only once were they setup.

Lea valley site is a good one if your coming from the north...very pleasant near the big reservoirs that supply East Londons fresh water, and access to the whole of the Lea Valley Park if you bring bikes. Easy access to Central London by train, tube or bus. :D
Self catering traditional North Norfolk cottage available...pm me!

1987 VW 1.6 Turbo Diesel with Holdsworth Villa 3 Pop Top conversion circa 1990...all original and simply the best!
