HEELLP Plastic coolant pipes

Post by Orgone Accumulator »

HEEELLLPPPP
Hi all
I've got a T25 2.1 dj 1990 Autosleeper and i need to replace the plastic coolant hoses that run over the tank. The problem is i have hunted high and low and can't find any. I would prefer new ones as the tank has to come out and i only want to do it once. Can anyone tell me where i can get some ???????????????

Good morning 1 and all. I have managed to get a set of stainless pipes from just kampers. All fitted, up and running now.
Thanks for all the help and advice :D

Try looking on E-Bay. I got some about 8 weeks ago from a choice of three. Paid £45 for a pair with £16 delivery and the chap delivered them himself on a delivery run. Easier to fit if you cut out the bottom of the hole in the cross member out and replace it after with a bolt on bracket. Been there, have the scars

p.s.Also don't worry about dropping the tank, it's not such a big deal once it's been done once. Getting rusted up Jubilee clips off first time is the slowest part. Replace with nice new greased up ones and it's easy -peasy after that. I had to drop my tank again due to the fuel gauge earth becoming detached and it took 2 hours half of which was draining off 4 galls of Petrol.
