Hi

My best guess

The round plug will be for the 240 volt feed for the fridge The socket will be for fridge connection to the electric hook up ( through a circuit breaker) the other wires will be the 12 volt fridge feed and maybe wiring for a switch on the tap to tell the water pump to run.

Hope that helps a bit

More best guessing

There is an electric fan which kicks in in if the coil on the back of the fridge cant get rid of its heat ............may have something to do with that..................MAYBE ..........
