Armrest fixing points

I have just bought a pair of Caravelle front armrests to go in my van.
There are square press-outs within the door (behind the card) which look like they should have plastic plugs for the armrest screws to screw into.
I imagine they would look like a 10mm square rawl plug which clip into the square hole.

Can anyone advise me where to get them, or has anyone got any I could buy? There are two per door.
Otherwise, its a very big rawl plug and some araldite!

Wow - there really is a little factory somewhere in Germany still churning out mouldings for a 25 year old obsolete vehicle!
