Newbie

Post by 156silver »

Hello all,
Just picked up a T25 CI conversion camper and like the look of your forum.
The van needs a bit of TLC to get an MOT but should be up and running soon, apparently has the fuel pump failure so ordered a facet replacement and will fit soon.

I have and Alfa 156, triumph spitfire (in resto at the moment) and also half share in a bug. I owned a beetle about 10 years ago too so I have some air cooled knowledge.

Greetings from Worthing!! 8)

Hi and welcome! Are you sure the fuel pump has failed? Mine a 2 litre air cooled was the same when I got it and all it needed was the pump priming. Just take it off and take the outlet pipe off and pump with your hand till fuel comes out, job done. Could save you a few quid :ok
Mmm what's that strange smell from my exhaust...

I do like a nice spitfire and would love to get a MIII but will need to win the lottery first so I can buy a big off garage to put vehicles in.
