I've tried on a couple of other forums but as yet haven't been able to get solid answers on how to wire up my AAZ pump. It seems a reasonably common conversion on here so I thought I'd try my luck!
firstly - there's the yellow and black wire running to the left - what does this control? is it something to do with a cold start? it appears to pull a heavy steel cable. any idea's on how to wire it?
secondly - there's 2 wires running to the little unit in the middle of the injector pipes - how should this be wired up and what does it do? 1 wire looks to be an earth.
thirdly - 2 wires run to into the pump here? any idea's on what it does and how or whether i should wire it up?
On one of the forum's i've asked they hadn't seen a pump like this before - possibly because it's european or it was just out of a fairly late golf ('97/'98?)
