what type/ make of heater is in a trident high top?is there anything good /bad about this conversion?

If its connected to the gas supply it may well be a Propex... and I have one which works very well.
the other popular type is an Erbsp...Erbschpas.. thing which uses diesel

If you mean Auto sleeper Trident, then it probably is Propex heating.
I think Auto sleeper do a great conversion, but then i'mn biased......cause i got one
