Just a bit of advice please. On the £500 doka the diff locks weren't working when it was bought so yesterday Jake and I took the rear actuator off. The pin was free and locked in place when we turned the rear wheel and it sprung back out nicely too and this turns the light on at the dash. The problem we now have is there is no vacuum to the actuator and we are hoping this is the case for the front diff too. So the question now is, how to get vacuum to the tank and what to look for?

blocked one way valve usually the culprit and/or leaky seal on reservoir tank, or cracked tank, you can connect direct to test
failing this there's a rubber connector leaking or missing somewhere
I have vacuum line in four colours and rubber connector hose in stock and accelerator cable outer tube in stock and available cut to length as required

Just 'T' into the vacuum 'feed' to the switches on the dash then to gauge.
The tube is 4mm OD, push fit connectors - similar to plastic push fit water pipe fittings.
Should be able to get this from a hydraulics/pipe dealer - any problems, I could get it for you from my friendly dealer.

So what reading are you getting Doug? I found 15mm of Hg seemed to be enough (I think it was 15)

vacuum tube I have in stock is 4mm od and rubber hose 4mm id and the acceleator cable tube is 8mm od
