Petrol Webasto

I have just picked up a Petrol Webasto model P1017

Can anyone help by sending a copy of the manual and wiring diagram?
I hasnt got a switch or thermostat for it and the exhaust needs some attention
Just hope I haven't bought a lemon

Model no. not in any webasto lists/manuals that I have.
no. does not come up on google etc.
Are you sure of that model no.?

On the box that contains the fuel reg and coil it has a label saying
TYP GE 02
Nr 0764

On the heater itself it says
TYP P1017
Nr 03/2164

No trace of any of those nos. anywhere!
I cannot find any webasto heater that begins with a P let alone that model.
Any chance of a photo of the heater and the id plate?

I would say it was one that was fitted by Noah in the ark!
It does not seem to resemble anything current - although on a German Merc. Benz site there was a reference to a wp1021 in a 1986 motor - most probably a water version of the 'p' range. It is possible that it is a 'special' produced for Merc. in the past.
Sorry, but can't find anything anywhere - even in the 2006 spares price list.
