OMG, they're like £100

They do look rather special tho, can I really justify the expense when there's only me and my daughter tho!

Maybe I'll ask for one for Xmas this year instead of my annual Kew membership, can't see much use for that now we have Tink and can get out of the city on weekends.

Think they are the same as the ones in the recipe book but cheers though :ok . I made steak & chips on it at the weekend well nice.

The the Cobb people are still doing that deal with UKCS where they give you a few extra items free. The main benefit for me is that it can be used as an oven so it offers more versatility than the standard BBQ plus its another camping gadget! I think they are worth the investment, hoping it will last a lifetime whereas I seemed to have got through a number of BBQ's over the years.

Right, now I really want one but I just don't think I've earned it yet LOL.

It's my first summer as a camper owner so I feel like I have to manage with what I've got before I upgrade! Ridiculous really as I've camped for years and cooked on all sorts of camping stoves, even my little zig dual fuel affair which I ran off fuel from the bike when I was travelling across Central/South America. It was brilliant till the seal went, I fixed it for a bit with liquid gasket stuff but it didn't last long.

Anyway, maybe I'll save up this year and buy one next year............

Most of my camping stuff is of the proper budget variety. I've been using the same stuff for years I think it adds to the whole camping experience if that makes sense. My favourite must be the mess tins that double up as pint pots for a cheeky beer or brew! :D
