best method for straining used oil?

Hi,been given lots of used vedg oil from work,double strained,would like to strain again to be on the safe side ,before i use it,whats the best way to strain it?cheers steve.o

Put it through your injector pump, that'll strain it! might want to take a look at this From the Fryer to the Fuel Tank I have a video on disk which goes through the chemical 'washing' that noone seems to bother with if you want it steve.
