HI,ANYBODY NO HOW TO IMPROVE LIGHTS ON T3?EVEN ON FULL BEAM THEIR POOR"ALSO NEED TO CHECK HEATER MATRIX AS APPEARS TO BE LEAKING,HOW DO I TAKE DASH OUT?CHEERS STEVE.O
