has anyone used DOT 5 fluid on t25 brake system ?

I might be wrong....but I'm pretty sure Dot 5 is synthetic and not suitable.

Yes , i think dot 5 is synthetic , but i`m not sure why this should be unsuitable ?

Yes Silicon based (Dot 5) compared to Glycol based (Dot 3 & 4) and never the twain shall mix!!!!
Good article which points out the differences and compatibilities etc the main problem for us as uses is: DOT 5 does not mix with Dot 4 and even the smallest amount of Dot 4 remaining in a brake system will result in a thick formation of sludge etc. And although it has a higher boiling point and does not effect paint etc it does have some negative qualities as well: poor lubricating properties and less effective anti corrosion properties.
I'll stick with my regular DOT 4 changes thankyou.
