Some vans have a table that can be fitted between the front seats so they only have to turn 90 degrees to face it.

Doesn't leave a lot of leg room with both seat swivelled to face the table. Handy for depositing kids in to eat their dinner while you get on with dishing up etc in the back (so I'm told)
