VDO Clocks
Hello, Iam on the look out for a replacment clock for the dash. I would like to replace the clock on dash just under the speedo. Also i would like to fit a sender to keep an eye on oil and water. Theser clocks alot of money. Anyone know of a cheeper place to get VDO dials from. Thank you

Re: VDO Clocks
Most motorsport/kitcar places do the modern 52mm VDO cockpit vision range with nice backlighting and eluminated neadles. JK's don't seem too bad on price though limited range, most places I've found pritty simular when VAT and postage are factored in.
Second hand Volt meters, oil presure and oil temp guages were fitted as options in mk2 golfs and alot of Audis so cheep from scrappys and common on ebay (get the senders that go with the oil clocks!). A few styles depending on age but they look more dated than the current "vision" series. Some Volvo's had 52mm time clocks and outside temp guages too (the latter is very expenive new).
You should already have a guage to keep an eye on water?
