My AAZ is not well (A) so managed to get another one (B) as a temp replacement while i rebuild the original. as a quick rough guide what bits will i need to swop off A onto B :?: cheers Nick

not that it should make any difference (i suppose) its in a 5 speed pickup

Well in these circumstances you want to keep the donor engine as complete as possible, that way you won't have to re-time the diesel pump or re-new gaskets.
So complete engine: head with manifolds/diesel pump/block etc so you are just undoing pipeworke, cables and ancillaries.
You could possibly even leave the alternator, power steering pump (if it has one) and drive belt/belts
