LPG in a karmann gypsy 2.1

hi anybody got LPG in a karmann gypsy 2.1?
thining of getting a gyspy/cheetah but concerned at the mpg.
had lpg in an old grand voyager and loved it.
tips ect where did you put the tank? do you run your heater off the lpg instead of bottled gas? do you get tax benefits?

ok, cant answer much of your post, but.....

unfortunately retro fitting LPG means no tax incentive, other than cheaper fuel.....

if you can afford to loose more storage, it should be possible to have a conbined road fuel and leisure tank .....
