Need to pop the windows out for repainting the van. Can anyone advise how they are removed and the best way to replace. is it best to cut the rubbers and replace with new rubbers and how much force can i use when pushing them out and back in?
I have removed glass before and replaced, just a bit scared of breaking them if i use and force.
Thanks for your help

plastic window removal
As the gas strutts on my van are weak, and will not support the extra weight of the bike rack, I use a lenght of 2" x 3/4" lath to hold it open.
Forgetting to remove the lath, just pulling down the reat door, removed the doubleglazed rear window wonderfully easily!
Replacement was not as simple!
I know this will be helpfull!
