Hiya Glenn,
Clean out panels and waxoyl them
Insulate (various types)
Install any channels you need for cables or pipes required for lighting, sockets, gas appliances etc etc
3mm ply covered by thin carpeting from many carpet shops (NOT foam backed) also available from VW Heritage and many other online suppliers
Install heater .. this will need to be vented to the outside
Floor is best in 1/2" OSB which is water resistant and again clean and waxoyl before installation
Remember the fridge will need a flue and ventilation as well.
Install carpet or vinyl or tyles or laminate of choice
Install table leg well
All the above just intended as a guide but from experience.
Hope this helps,
Ian.
