I am not actually sure what your asking.

My guess would be that you have a converted panel van and that the water has got behind the rubber seal and caused the panel to rust.

You are hoping to cut a piece out of a door? Rear ? with a similar profile and weld that in.

If this is the case - yes sure that's fine and dandy go for it.

If your just thinking to reuse the steel sheet from the middle of the door - that's fine too.

Cant see what else you could be asking.

I'm with Cruz and we'll be driving by on regular intervals (shifts) to make sure you DO NOT attempt this. If we catch you doing it, we'll lock you in Mocki's garage for two hours with only Max Bygraves for company.

i think you'll finds its completely illegal pep.
it's mentioned in chapter "T" paragraph 25 of the geniva convulsion.

it clearly says that any act of pretending a door is a window goes against human rights

There was a guy on here some months back that attempted this but unfortunately was spotted by a passing copper and next thing he knew, armed police were upon him. They leapt over hedges, all sorts. Before his mig welder had even touched the metal, they had him in handcuffs. Nasty business from what I remember.
