Leisure battery wiring.

Post by Slybacon »

Hey guys, I'm wiring up a leisure battery but does anybody know the size of wiring that should be used from the + terminal main battery to the + terminal leisure battery and aux fuse box? I've checked the Wiki but no mention of the thickness/amp wire, I'm thinking 30amp fuses so then is it 40amp cable... Anyone? :?

35amp or thereabouts is adequate, you are connecting the leisure battery to the starter battery via a relay or isolating switch?

Yes, via a 40amp relay, so 35amp ok then, thanks for that.
