which airbox will fit???

Hi there,
anyone done the donkey work on which vw airbox would squeeze into the side/vent space either side of the engine bay??

Can a JX box/filter be persuaded to go with a 1z set up?
What about one of the smaller vw's boxes,ie lupo/polo?

hoping to buy a chargecooler this week so should have more flexibility on where to put stuff.

Any help appreciated.
