Thanks Rob. Was thinking Sikaflex 221 or maybe Sikaflex 222UV as it's UV resistant... according to Sika product catalog. pdf. so might be good. They have so many others... 512 Caravan, 521UV, 252, 255, etc. Also refer to Marine Catalog with even more.

Timbertech uses tigerseal...he put that in an earlier thread.

I have got sikaflex 221 cos that is what I could find, at a price that I could afford, with a p&P cost that reflected what it actually cost to send, and a recorded first class post delivery, to arrive within the time I needed it to!!

I fitted a hi top to my van last year. I used tigerseal 'cos that is what I was advised to use. It was a bit expensive but it did the job brilliantly and was easy to uise. I found it would have been cheaper buying via internet (Incl P&P) than buying locally!!! :?

I haven't ever had to fit my own hightop but I have glued a few GRP cars together and have used Soudal 40FC PU sealer as below. its as much as half the price and I have found it just as good as either Tiger or Sika which I have also used.
