Hi
Can anyone tell me what a Kamper CI is? Im looking at one tonight, and was wondering if there is anything different? The description says the roof needs a bit of work, a new top board and strutt. Is this a big job?
Regards
Bryn

Hi Thanks for the links
Ive looked in the wiki part and still no nearer to finding a CI (Searching web finds a few other CI campers out there but nothing about whats different).
The Van is an 82 (y) 2.0 Aircooled "CI Kamper "
Looks in very good condition apart from roof .
The roof looks like it pops straight up, rather than from the back or side and it looks like its not full length, but 3/4 from the back (ie from rear of cab door back;.
Thanks for the help

CI were the earlier Autohomes models (I think it stood for Caravans International).
I'll bet it's yellow with a hard sided poptop roof - unless it's been resprayed of course....
There are a few threads regarding a replacement roof. We are booked in with Autovans for the GRP replacement in October.
