ive got a brochure here all about the 1990 sydney-darwin safari,the 2 cars are well known in oz,apparently the 2 cars were de-stickered,serviced and put on sale on the vw forecourt as ex demo cars,think the nuns have the tracker high top still,and the doka was in WA last i heard,cj.

Jon,

the van is now a 2.5 litre Subaru powered camper, and resides in Perth so not far from you!
I'm pretty sure the double cab is now in Victoria. If not it is in NSW.

Both owners are members of the Australian T3 Syncro group.
