Dumb a*** question for today

Hello I've got a question regarding shocks. My van has been lowered by 60mm by the previous but he never got round to changing the shocks. I've looked on brickwerks and they sell the AVO Shock absorbers. they say they are adjustable. Would these do the job or are they a replacement for original shocks? I haven't got much money at the moment so these seem ideal.
