Post by Team28crew »

Hi, last Friday I bought a 1983 T25 Hightop westfalia (my first T25) I gave it a good going over using all the info I found through this site and the van looked pretty solid, I pick it up on Saturday but it has just occured to me that I did'nt notice a spare wheel anywhere  . I thought i could could hang on until Sat to find out but it is really bugging me....Really bugging me...so could sombody put me out of my misery and tell where it should be.

That does not necessarily mean there will actually be a spare wheel present mind you. You should have a close look at it if it is there as some of them can be original and as old as the van!!

My (ex) son in law bought a MK1 Escort from some "people" in Luton many years ago and only discovered the spare Wheel didn't fit when he got a puncture and was stuck in the high Street! :)
cheers
