Removing rear heater fan blower

Hi just a quick question i'm removing the rear heater blower from what was a Devon micro-bus as i'm having a LPG tank fitted under were i'm having a rock and roll bed fitted
Do i just connect the two water pipes together cutting it out of the circuit and disconnect the the electrics ?
If so could i just connect them with copper tubing and jubilee clips, or i do have a plastic hose pipe connector that is also secured with jubilee clips any tips please

I think he means the VW Passenger heater that sits under the RnR bed area.

Oh ho... I see.

As you have described sounds logical so...don't see why not

I would use the hose pipe method. (no kinks!)

if the heater matrix is not an integral part of the cooling system then could you not just cap them off?

Hi ive had a re think im going to disconnect the pipe work from underneath were they have T connectors from what must be the forward and return pipes, i think i can just connect from one T piece to the other i did try it with the hose pipe connector from inside but the pipe just kept kinking
I think it will work will i need to bleed the air out ?

I wouldn't bother, as you have described it would not matter if they are just capped off at the T's.

regarding bleeding... if you can cap off the T quick then it won't be an issue

Hi yes your right i can do it from the inside just shove a big bolt in the end of the pipes with jubilee clips on them easy
