de-mister controls

Can (or will) anybody tell me what the controls do (in what position) on the heater controls as all the markings have rubbed of. (its an 86 westy 1.6td)

Put everything to the right for screen de-mist. Middle one does the heat, top one makes more wind noise in the upper vents if you move it, and like wise the bottom lever makes more noise in the lower vents.

Blower on full blast (Hot or Cold) tends to rectify this situation,,,,,,alternative is driving round with any cab window open,,,,
