High top mattresses

Post by jack7b »

Hi
Does anyone know where I can get mattresses for the upper bunk of my hightop. It has the normal pullout bit but when it is pulled out there is a difference of about 10mm between the 2 boards so I would need mattresses of 2 different thicknesses in order to level the bed.
Got a 1990 T25 1.6 TD - only had it about a week but already been away in it and it's awesome.
Cheers
Jack

Not sure? I think it's factory but I would have to have a look through all the paperwork I got with it - I'll check out the website though,
Thanks very much for the reply

Any upholstery shop will get you foam, we now have 2 inch memory foam, which is brilliant. The shop will cut and glue bits together for you to even up the heights. Ours is just wrapped in cotton lint, which is what the upholsterers use to make stuffing the foam into covers easier, until we get them covered properly. cost 50 quid for the roof bed.

Have just got 2 x fold up Gym mat type things, handy if with small children as they can be removed & wiped down, plus you can use them outside.
Have you seen him?
