k&n Filters

Post by high_tower »

I'm running a 2.0l Aircooled and recently saw a few buses that had ditched the airbox and all that in favour of two bolted on k&N air filters.

I've thought about doing the same is there any problems with me doing this? anything i should keep or can i ditch pretty much everything connected to the air box?

it wont gain you anything power wise plus you will need the vacc advance and retard from your airbox. plus you may also struggle to get em under the engine lid.
