citroen/pug engine into vw (someones number needed)

hi,
i'm after famous phils number so i can see if he's had any luck getting the adapter kits sorted yet (to put the citroen/pug engines into type 25's)
or if you read this phil give us a shout on here please,
also, is it the same kit for the 1.9td as it is for the 2.1 td?
