1Y engine in Cheltenham

Post by SplendiferousII »

I have just been to Harry Buckland breakers yard in Cheltenham & they have a 1Y engine fitted into a seat Inca van there with pump etc. Looks good cant tell you the millage but the drivers seat looks good. They want £100 including the pump.

Hope that helps somebody.

Yes you need to swap over the oil pick up. I used the new pump itself and used the old bottom plate - that will make sense when you get to that point. Can I use your timing equipmet this week as I am going to norfolk this weekend and would like it to be set up properly - hot starting is not easy. Treve - no again 07976 086 265. Shout if you need help swapping the units.
