1.9T/D engine help needed

Purchased from a yard a 1.9T/D engine allegedly from a '94 Golf estate,
It has a mechanical diesel pump.

I bought this under the impression it was an AAZ engine. Now Im NOT so sure.

Block apears to be the same but taller and has 19TD cast into it.

however cannot find engine code under 3rd injector.

I was planning to use my current 1.6T/D exhaust manifold and use the 1.9 turbocharger as my 1.6 item is knackered. HOWEVER the turbo on my 1.6 has a 4 bolt fixing BUT the 1.9 turbo only has a 3 bolt flange and what appears to be an external wastegate.

What is going on, is it an AAZ or something else ?

Can I use the 1.9 exhaust manifold, bit concearned about the change of angle ?

Can I make up and use an adapter plate ?

What about turbo re-orientation ?

please HELP, begining to loose my marbles !!!

I "think" thats good news Simon.

So is this OK to put in my T25 ?

What is the microswitch on top of the pump for ?

So do I use it with the 1.9 manifolds??? if so what about the engine angl e change ? running on own oil !!

Do I make up an adapter plate to fit the K03 turbo to the 1.6 T/D manifold ?

I assume no ECU type device involved ?
