how can i fix it i have washed it through and replaced with new but its brown again any ideas ?

No but seriously I wouldn't worry about it to much if you have flushed the system a good number of times. Provided the van warms up, temp stays where it should and heater is working properly.

Keep yer eye on it and enjoy your van......

It has obviously been run for some considerable time with insufficient antifreeze content.
As long as the engine is not overheating and the electic fan is kicking in? I would leave it, as the only way to completely elliminate the problem is going to be numerous flush and runs until the water comes out clear, at which point you would drop the water and refill with 50% antifreeze G12 or similar.
