When I was in Vegas I saw the buses had a bike rack on the front that passengers would put their bikes on for the journey, some had 10 or so bikes on

I'd like to put a scooter on the front of my Syncro.
Preferably one of those constantly riding up and down my street with a spotty, illegal and dangerous 14 yr old on it.
