Speedo drive gear

Could any one tell me how to replace the gear inside the front diff that drives the speedo.

Speedo not worked for a while so investigated today and found a semi seized spade drive where the cable attaches to the diff. How do I go about taking this drive out? And where can I buy a new 1?

vw or cj for a replacement you need to know what diff ratio and tyre size, diff out job i'm afraid. Some ratio speedo drive now obsolete. beware case corrosion.

OK...my plans to get my box and diff to you for a refurb may have got a bit closer...best start rattling the penny jar :D
