I am about to change the seals soon on the van any tips wuld be welcome :)

just make sure you get the best quality OE ones as the cheap ones aren't worth a **** ! you should make sure everything is spotless and clean and before you reinstall them,lightly cover the seals with some grease and they should just pop in without pinching.
