Oil pressure gauge

Just been looking on fleabay at cheapish gauges and was wondering if anyone had fitted one to diesel engine? I am guessing that the tube/hose would have to be so long it would not be possible.

Fit an electric one!
You should be able to T piece off if i remember rightly where the pressure switch fits.

Gauge, sender, electrical wire between the two, shows pressure (hopefully) when you start the engine

Sorry to jump on the thread

Tee piece goes on above the oil filter

Pressure switch fits in Tee piece

Install cables front to rear, feed to unit, connection from pressure switch and jobs a goodun'
