Just got a flat screen tv for the dubster, can anyone recomend an aerial that will give a decent picture,
I thought about one from Argos, but reckon there must be one that can be permanantley fixed to the roof that doesn't look like a rotary drier!
Anyone know if you can you get boomerang aerials? like the one on limos in beverly hills cop?

I've looked at DVB-t via a cardbus on me laptop, the antennas provided for that were pants!
I was thinking more on the lines of an aerial on't roof, with a co ax plug in the van, more permanant and no messing around with equipment and wires all the time you see.
The set up you posted peacemaker vw does look good, have to see if mrs bigtone wants me to spend another £200 on the van!

We had one of those and bought a signal booster.........it turned out to be usless for T V in almost any area we were in.
so we used an old 12" out door T V ariel 90% of the time it's a crystal picture, some times just chucked on the ground in the best line of site to a transmitter!

spend £20 on a "magic circle" far better amp than the Maxview crap and ufo things, and no need to drill any holes.
