The colour is Peugeot Diabalo Red.
The van was Masala(?) red before with a white hi top roof and looked like a typical van conversion camper. Insert your own up turned boat comments here etc...
The colour is close in tone to the origional colour but with just a bit more bling being metalic.
I only bought the van because it has a tow bar, I had the intention of trailering my kit car about and stopping at a few shows.
However I started with a few repairs to tidy it up and got carried away.
Ended up replacing all the panels that had any rust, before the fitting of one of the love em or hate em fibre glass bodykits. Then it was painted.
Windows are going back in Monday.
Then just got to refit the inside and wire/plumb the (did I mention) Subaru engine.
I'm really looking forward to getting out and about with it.
Better get out and get on with something now I suppose.

Thanks I think you might have just done that for me!
Well you've saved Tracy (GF) a job, she has to have a name for all the cars She has a Clio called "Chico" and she refers to my Bora as Boris.
Bell the bus, we'll see how long it takes her to work out why. :D

Put my alloys on this morning with photoshop, who needs extended studs!?!
I somehow think its going to take a bit longer to fit them for real.

I've also coloured in the black bump strip, I think I might paint that with bumper testure paint to break the red up a bit.

Black in around the windows a bit more too. Also paint the rear "window" panel black and see how many people try and look in!
