idel problems

hi can anyone advise me on a problem i have with my 2.1 dj westy
when cold she idels great but when warm she tends to idel fast at about 2000 rpm sometimes lower and sometimes not at all but usually she idels fast we have changed the idel valve but still having problems ,
also is there anyone close to gloucestershire that repairs these buses as i have a power steering rack that needs to be resealed can anyone help thanks for reading

test the throttlebody switch is switching at idle when warm - it may need adjusting. test is continuity at idle, switches infinite as throttle opens and swithces again to continuity at full revs, meter with continuity resistance will allow you to check - you can usually hear/feel it too if you listen carefully - engine is off obviously : )
