is there anyone on here that knows there way around a Pierburg carb on a 1900cc dg t25? in essex or around essex? as i would like my carb rebuilt and set up "at a cost of course" here is the problem:
when running on LPG it runs fast when up to temp but if you return the carb spindle by hand the RPM lowers back to tick over this is not a problem on petrol? could this be the spindle spring?
99% of the time the van is started on LPG but the other day it was so cold the vaporizer froze with a nice coat of frost on it!
and it did not want to start on petrol as I think the choke don't work or the spindle is letting air past?
i have talked to steve but he is a bit to far away from me
