I've got a square headlight 1990 van and want to fit the twin round headlight conversion .... thanks to you guys I know where to get the grill and lights but what is involved with changing the headlights over ... not worried about the electrics, more the headlight bowls / holders ... is the bodywork different or is it a simple bolt in job ???

Rob is correct, if you are going to do the conversion then put in relays.
I have a twin round setup (SA) over/relays and they are bright enough.

You will be missing 2 mountings for your grille.
