engine trouble !

On the way home from work the red water light came on, as i was in a 1 way system i pulled into first street about 200 yds by which time clouds of smoke were following me !! . No water in top up tank and loads of brown gunk on dip stick. I think it the head gasket can any one confirm ? pulled the van down the road to park and it keep dying . it s a 2.1 ss running on lpg. cheers gav :evil:

loads of smoke out of exhaust,a creamy looking goo in oil.sounds like its defo the head gasket :(

Gav it sounds like one or more of the O-ring gasket has failed (it little rubber band type thingies)
If it is then its a heads off time , being a 2.1 it shouldn't snap any studs but you never know.
They can be done with the engine in but for more easier with it out.
Speak to Brickyard or try emailing Andy or whoever else you can think of.
