Smoke filled cab and a tow home....

Van started juddering then cut out, soon after i spotted smoke coming from the steering column.

The black wire from the ignition was red hot. Flipped the engine lid and found this. The wire from the carb loom was melted and the fuel enrichment unit was destroyed .


Anyone got a spare?
