Anyone know what I can use to remove the old, hardened stripe from the hightop. Something to soften it maybe, without affecting the fibreglass.
This is my next job when the cold wind stops blowing up my trouser leg and sending me back indoors!

Hi
I got mine off with
http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?Mod ... &U=strat15 Didn't seam to harm the roof but not 100%. After using they don't fall off still require some picking but it makes the glue tacky again and lets u get at the edges.

just be a bit canny with the hot air paint stripper type guns as they'll blister your roof in milliseconds if you get too close
