Westy Opening Side Window

Post by smokeyjon »

Hi there
I want to fit an opening window to my (1989 factory windowed) sliding door. Does anyone know if the Westy double-glazed windows (the tilting opening ones) can be fitted to sliding windows?

If not are there any other insulated windows that I could try to find?

Cheers,
John

Cheers Rob

I know about the size (and plan to bear it in mind), but don't know what aftermarket opening windows I can fit into it. I'd like a double glazed one if poss. Anyone know if I have any options or do I need to stick to the factory single glazed sliding version?

Nah. They were very quick to come back to me, but say that their double glazing supplier no longer supplies, and therefore only offer single glazed options... :(
Cheers though.. it was a good try
