HELP- oil pressure ?!?!?!

just went an hour so ago. van was cold and had been sat all afternoon . left house and had only driven 300m went oil buzzer thingy went off , stayed on continuosly . bugger!
parked up and took mrs car (had to go out) . just been out under it now looking for anything obvious . starts fine and pressure light goes out almost instantly but within maybe 30/45 seconds oil buzzer/light comes on and stays on .
oil level is fine and engine is well services since i have had it and full VWSH before that. engine is an AAZ , , just over 100k miles with FSH , runs sweet as .was fitted with original JX oil pump.
gimme a clue ? oil pressure senders or oil pump ? blocked pick up ? collapsed filter ? i know its hard to diagnose by email but what are most obvious likely candidates ?
if it is likely to be the pump , what is it i have read about clearance issues that springs to mind ? can i get one that dosnt have to be tinkered with ?

been fiddling with wires , had the dash pod off by chance?

check the multiplugs on properly, and the earths are not dislodged near the fuse box

if same it'll be the pressure sender unit

cheers mocki - out to play with me torch now. funnily you should mention it but i put the warning lights on by mistake (looking for spots) and it came on at same time . bugger !

I LOVE YOU MOCKI ! after fannying about with me dash on and off for last few weeks with doing the spotlights , guess what ?

went out , started it , idled , buzzer/light came on , pushed multi plug in - wiggled wires , light went out straight away!

virtue of fact you just saved me panic buying pump and senders tomoz , i owe you a drink at sandown!!
