Automatic Reverse Lights
Mine keep blowing the fuse, I think. Is the reverse light switch on the gear box or the gearstick on an auto, so I know where to spend my saturday looking? Cheers guys, in anticipation

Think its in the gear selector in the cab. From what I remember of our old auto the gearstick ilumination was constantly lit when the ignition was on so probubly works on the same circuit aswell - another bit to blow fuses.
I'm guessing you've got the right amp rated fuse in there? I know someone who found a fuse kept poping on his car, but then found after looking in the hand book someone had put too lower fuse in it.

Yes the reversing lights are switchesd from the selector lever in the cab.
Not really a switch, just two fixed contacts and a bit of metal fixed to the selector lever.
Ther is also a contact that stops you starting the van in drive or reverse.

Nice one guys, that sounds about right. The lights that light the selector go out with the reverse lights it seems, and also the horn too - tried to beep someone who cut me up! I think the right fuse is in - 8 amps - as it's been ok for over a year, but has now blown it 3 times within a short time of the new fuse going in. I'll take a look for any loose wires this weeked.
